Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Visio Dreams provides personalized video visualization services. We create custom motivational videos (1–3 minutes in length) tailored to your individual goals based on information you provide through our intake questionnaire. All videos are hand-crafted by human creators — they are not AI-generated.

2. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected tier (Starter, Complete, or Premium). All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. All sales are one-time payments — no recurring charges unless you explicitly opt into a subscription service.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Early Bird orders: Delivered within 24 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire.
• Standard orders: Delivered within 48–72 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire.

Delivery timelines begin once your intake questionnaire is fully completed and submitted. Incomplete questionnaires may delay production.

4. Revisions

Each tier includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision round
• Complete: 2 revision rounds
• Premium: 3 revision rounds

Revision requests should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your video. Additional revisions beyond your included rounds may be available at an additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our service, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your video after using all included revision rounds, please contact us at hello@visiodreams.com to discuss a resolution. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair outcome.

6. Video Usage Rights

Upon delivery, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your visualization video for personal purposes. You may:

• Watch your video on any personal device.
• Store copies of your video for personal backup.
• Share your video with immediate family members.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense your video.
• Use the video for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Claim ownership of the underlying production assets (stock footage, music, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

Visio Dreams retains ownership of all production methods, templates, and creative processes. Stock footage and music used in videos are licensed from third-party providers and are subject to their respective licensing terms. Your personal content (goals, affirmations, narrative) remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visio Dreams provides visualization videos for personal development purposes. Our videos are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or goal achievement. Use of our service is at your own discretion.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
